Fashion Photographer Singapore

Lyn Averson graduated from Temasek Design School in 2012, with a Diploma in Visual Communications, majoring in Photography. On her 16th birthday, she bought her first DSLR and started shooting everything she laid her eyes on. It was only during a Fashion Photography module in school that she discovered her passion.

She interned with Skye Tan during her school years and had a glimpse of what the industry was like. Upon graduation, she worked a few months as an in house photographer shooting for fashion catalogs and products. Deciding that she was not suited for a full time position, she decided to break out and free lance.

But like every fresh faced graduate, she was met with many obstacles and decided to take up a part time job, bar tending which led to a full time position at Ku De Ta. She enjoyed the nightlife and bartending, but deep down she knew it wasn’t her passion. It was more of a hobby, Photography was still her first love.

So after some thought, she left and started freelancing.

Lyn is based in Singapore but is available for free lance work or collaborations world wide. If interested in working together or just to say hello, drop a message at info@lynaverson.com. She specialises in Fashion (Campaigns, Editorials & Ecommerce), Commercial and Corporate Photography.
